In case if there is any problem with your digital camera or other Canon products, you could visit our Service Centers (QRC) in the following locations to get help (limited in Beijing). You’d better print this page and show it to the taxi driver for your convenience.

Under some circumstances, instant return may not be available during your stay in Beijing due to different kinds of malfunction. Meanwhile, you may need to pay for the service because there could be no international warranty. Therefore, you may probably be advised to consult your original store where you purchased it for warranty service. We would be glad for your kind understanding and coperation.
